L’appartamento è confortevole, pulito e in posizione panoramica.

− L'esperienza complessiva è stata compromessa da un episodio che ritengo grave sotto il profilo dell’educazione e della professionalità. Al rientro non si apriva il cancello, così ho chiamato il numero indicato per l’assistenza. La persona che ha risposto ha reagito con evidente irritazione solo perché avevo pronunciato in modo impreciso il nome dell’appartamento (“la Veige” invece di “la Vigie”). Invece di dirmi "il nome è scorretto, per favore controlli sui documenti in suo possesso il nome esatto in modo che possa capire di che appartamento stiamo parlando" (l'abc dell'educazione nei confronti non dico di un cliente, ma di qualsiasi essere umano) si è rivolto a me in modo estremamente scortese e aggressivo dicendo "solo a santa Margherita gestisco 60 appartamenti... eh!”, come se la cosa dovesse in qualche modo  interessarmi o riguardarmi. O come se io fossi sbagliato, stupido, o dovessi scusarmi di qualcosa. Il problema al cancello si è poi risolto da solo (era dovuto a un calo di tensione nella zona), ma resta il fastidio per un comportamento che definirei inaccettabile nei confronti di un ospite.
