8.0La ubicación. Está pegado a la playa. Y lo de tener plaza de garaje es un extra muy bueno.
− Que nos encontramos con pelos de animales en el sofá. Me alegra que sea pet friendly. Pero un poco más de limpieza en ese aspecto vendría bien.
