Schönes Apartement in einem authentischen Stadtteil von Mindelo.
9.0Für uns war das Appartement genau richtig. Keine Touristengegend, Supermarkt und Bank in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nicht weit vom Zentrum und der Aluguerstation gelegen. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und hat eine große Terrasse. Sie befindet sich in der Straße direkt hinter der Farmacia und der BCN Bank (Avenida de Holanda). Links vom Eingang befindet sich ein kleiner Informatik- oder Elektroladen. Kelly war jederzeit per Whats App erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir waren 6 Nächte hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Haben Ausflüge per Aluguer nach Salamansa, Baia das Gatas, Calhau und São Pedro gemacht. Mindelo ist wirklich eine tolle Stadt. Bezüglich der Wohnung sei allerdings gesagt: Wer europäische Maßstäbe zugrunde legt, könnte enttäuscht werden (siehe unter: was hat uns nicht gefallen) Uns hat es aber nicht weiter gestört.
− Klar, 3.Stock per Treppe ist anstrengend. Manchmal Miniameisen auf der Arbeitsfläche. Also nichts stehen lassen. Das zweite Zimmer riecht aufgrund eines angrenzenden Kabuffs sehr muffig. Wir haben es nicht gebraucht. Es befindet sich aber in einem separaten abschließbaren Bereich. Somit kein Problem. Kein warmes Wasser in der Küche und Im Waschbecken im Badezimmer. Die Dusche hingegen war warm und der Wasserdruck völlig okay. Zum Abwaschen haben wir halt Wasser im Wasserkocher erhitzt.

10.0La persona que nos atendió fue extremadamente amable y nos ayudó con todo. Si necesitábamos algo, respondía al instante. Por otro lado, el apartamento estaba impecable y era muy cómodo. Buena calidad-precio. Tiene lavadora. La zona es tranquila, a solo unos 10 minutos andando del centro.
− Cambiaría la iluminación del cuarto que tiene las dos camas dobles pero no es algo tan importante :)
