10.0Lokalizacja na granicy parku narodowego, w spokojnym miasteczku. Przywitał nas bardzo miły Pan na recepcji, płynnym angielskim (rzadkość ;) ). Kolejna miła niespodzianka - darmowy drink powitalny przy basenie. Basen bardzo ładny, nie za duży ale wystarczający aby odpocząć i popływać po całym dniu w upale. Śniadanie dobre.

9.0Estuvimos en temporada baja, a mediados de julio, y no hemos podido estar más agusto. El personal muy atento y amable en todo momento. Las instalaciones muy cómodas.

2.0− La experiencia no estuvo a la altura de lo que se espera de un hotel de cuatro estrellas. El establecimiento apenas dispone de plazas de aparcamiento propias, aunque afortunadamente es posible encontrar estacionamiento en las inmediaciones. Las instalaciones están anticuadas y las habitaciones resultan poco funcionales. El cuarto de baño era especialmente incómodo: la bañera perdía agua, el espejo estaba situado a una altura poco práctica y tanto el baño como la habitación transmitían una sensación de espacio muy reducido. Sin duda, el aspecto más negativo fue la atención recibida. Habíamos reservado el menú para la cena de la segunda noche, pero, al parecer, la reserva no fue anotada correctamente. En lugar de reconocer el error, se nos hizo creer que había sido un fallo por nuestra parte. Durante la espera pudimos escuchar cómo la responsable de cocina reprendía a los camareros a gritos y fue entonces cuando supimos que, al no constar nuestra reserva, no tenían intención de ofrecernos el menú y pretendían que pidiéramos de la carta, cuyos precios eran considerablemente más elevados. La situación fue muy desagradable y poco profesional. Además, el segundo día el desayuno buffet no estaba preparado a la hora de apertura. Permanecían expuestos los restos y recipientes del servicio del día anterior, ofreciendo una imagen de escasa organización e higiene. Aunque fueron reponiendo los alimentos conforme avanzó la mañana, considero que este tipo de situaciones no deberían producirse en un establecimiento de esta categoría. En conjunto, la experiencia fue decepcionante y muy por debajo de las expectativas que genera un hotel de cuatro estrellas.
