A big Yes in Yass for the Comfy Granny Flat!
9.0The breakfast was fine with plenty of choice. The size and layout of the Flat was just perfect for a couple or single. The small enclosed courtyard was ideal to keep our pooches safe and restarined. The hosts Mary & James were warm and engaging and made us feel extremely welcome. My impression was that they came across as folk I would be happy to spend time with and share experiences.

9.0Breakfast with many choices was a bonus. Plenty of room and facilities. Off street parking is good. A bit tight but still good. Stayed in Yass many times and this by far the best for a couple. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again.
− Sliding door lock probably needs attention but still OK No other issues at all.
Made a return visit- you couldn’t want for anything else for an overnight stay in Yass.
10.0Location is great. Quiet, close to town & walks. The coffee machine is a ripper too
