8.0Davidにとても親切に対応していただきました。 食事が本当に美味しいです。 自然豊かな場所なので虫が多いことはしょうがないですが、一点だけ残念だったのが、プールが10時から使えるはずが、掃除が終わっておらずチェックアウトの日にプールへ入れなったことです。 送迎は現金しか使えなかったですが、Yandexも問題なく呼ぶことができました。

10.0We stayed for one night for our anniversary and really appreciated that they gave us the dome closest to the lake — the view was beautiful and made it feel special. The heated pool and swim-up bar were a great touch and added to the relaxing atmosphere. The food was good, and the manager and staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a nice experience.

8.0Nice, quiet place (as long as no work has been done) on beautiful Lake Sevan. You have to have a car to get there as it is very remote from everything. The staff was friendly, although only the manager David could speak English. Were there in May, the lake was still too cold and the pool was open, but unfortunately it was also cold to swim. The entire hotel complex once ran out of water, but this was fixed within 2-3 hours. Food was ok, unfortunately you couldn't order everything that was on the menu, the price was rather expensive. I recommend a restaurant in the next town where it was better and cheaper. Considering it only opened in 2023, some of the furnishings look very old and worn.
