O apartamento é novo, assim como todo o prédio. É confortável e aconchegante, completo nos mínimos detalhes. O anfitrião (Wagner) é educado é extremamente solícito, sempre disponível para tirar todas as dúvidas e passar todas as informações. Foi a melhor opção em João Pessoa (Cabedelo) em que ficamos. Com toda certeza voltaremos mais vezes
