I left a day earlier and being charged for a whole day that I didn’t stay which reallly sucks, it’s a nice hotel but it’

It was very fancy

− The bedding made me very itchy for some reason, never happens, couldn’t lower the AC temp below 65, it was still very uncomfortably hot, no way to exhaust the shower, everything was very over priced

Great location and nice appearance. Car service was good but then, unfortunately, out of service

− Slow, antiquated check in/out with service that leaves a lot to be desired!! Room not made up during stay and Nespresso machine that had to be moved and plugged in on the floor to make lukewarm coffee
