9.0昔のワンルームマンションのような部屋でした。清潔に管理されており、この値段でミニキッチンがあり、部屋の広さが確保されており、ロケーションも良いです。夜でも安心な道です。他のチェーンホテルより気に入りました。

5.0西大寺という立地にホテルそのものが少ないのでありがたい。隣にコインランドリーがあること。
− 西大寺という立地にホテルそのものが少ないので設備に比べてコスパが悪い。そもそもホテルではない建物だと思われるので防音対策がなされていない。

7.0駅から近く、ショッピングモールが近くにある。 奈良では比較的安い。 建物の作りは古そうだが室内は清潔感があった。 素泊まりには丁度良い。
− 特にないが、敢えて言うと、便器がウォシュレットでない。
素泊まりでしたら十分かと思います。そこそこ駅から歩くので女性1人はちょっと夜道危ないかな？という感じです。ビジネスホテルにこだわりが無ければ大変満足かと思います。
8.0コインランドリーがあり、スタッフさんの対応が親切でした
− エレベーターはないので階段だということ、スリッパ使い捨てではないので潔癖の方はスリッパ持参がいいかと思いました。
