Disappointing - aircon did not work, poor wifi, no help from FLH

− Aircon did not work in one bedroom and no one came to fix it, wifi was very poor and difficult to connect to, front door access was a problem and we had to go and fetch a key at another location - no one came to assist or sort out the problem. Very disappointing for the price we paid to stay at this apartment
