− Porteiro na recepção muito inconveniente, ficou perguntando se um amigo que veio conosco era hóspede de forma bem desconfiada. O piso muito sujo. Não havia nenhum tipo de roupa de cama de casal. O quarto, no geral, tem aspecto de sujo.
