1.0They cancelled the booking on day of arrival!!!!! Something about no cleaning staff. Still waiting for refund!!!!
We had a lovely stay but unfortunately nobody rang us with details of cabin number etc, so on arrival we spent an hour o
6.0It had everything you needed
− Needs a lot of tlc, steps leading up to lodge are loose and dangerous, kitchen blind was broken no end cap so had to stand on chair to hold to pull down, shower door didn't close also came off the runner! The mattress is old and very worn they have placed a very cheap mattress topper on but you can feel every spring in the bed!! This was the most disappointing thing as we did not sleep well, hot tub is falling apart on the outside and all around jets are rusty/tarnished, wi-if is rubbish too
