Appartamento ampio e spazioso al centro di Sulmona

L'alloggio è un appartamento condominiale molto spazioso e accogliente, situato al secondo piano di una palazzina (in cui è possibile trasferire i propri bagagli facilmente grazie all'aiuto di un comodo portacarichi). È dotato di due bagni, una cucina e tre camere da letto. Tutte le stanze sono comode e confortevoli, pulite, e in grado di accogliere facilmente famiglie o gruppi di 5-6 persone. La struttura ha una posizione ottimamente favorevole, essendo situata in una zona centrale di Sulmona, cittadina ridente che offre accesso a tutti i servizi e ai diversi luoghi delle montagne abruzzesi. Il proprietario è cortese e disponibile. Molto apprezzato il fatto di essersi prodigato rapidamente per riattivare la caldaia che era stata disattivata per errore. Un soggiorno consigliato.

− L'unica effettiva mancanza, che risalta in un contesto così completo, è l'assenza di un servizio adeguato di accessori per la cucina, che risulta un po' carente.

Sistemazione pulita e vicina al centro. Qualcosina può essere rivista, ma nulla di importante. Davvero un bel appartamento con tanti comfort

Gianfranco, ein zuvorkommender Gastgeber, eine sehr saubere Wohnung mit einer neu eingebauten Klimaanlage und schnellem Wifi, einfach alles perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt. Gegenüber der Unterkunft befindet sich außerdem eine große Tiefgarage, die 24 Stunden geöffnet hat, also auch das Parken ist kein Problem.

Sulmona was beautiful and staying so close to everything was perfect.

Location was great close to town square. The apartment was clean with plenty of room for 6 adults.

− There was no air conditioning. Perhaps a small fan in each of the 3 bedrooms could be a solution. The lift was out of order and the washing machine did not work.
