Horrible hotel

− First of all when we went for checkin,we were told that our 4 rooms were cancelled by booking.com. we were aghast, showed him the booking. Reception was not budging. Finally I had to request a fresh email from booking.com confirming the reservation. Then he relented . The room service, house keeping, breakfast and restaurant staff were not at all good or deserving a 5 star ranking. Booking.com should boycott this hotel.
