Black mould, front doors that didn’t lock and no sunbeds!
1.0Layout of the rooms, modern bathrooms and interior.
− No sunbeds for the pool. Sander’s advised they categorically do not provide sunbeds for this property which has a swimming pool…. Missing outdoor furniture which had to be retrieved from another property. Black mould growing under the air con. Very dirty, ants inside as we arrived. Broken furniture. Lack of basic equipment. No dustpan and brush, no broom, no iron, no cleaning towels. The number one worst issue being the fact that a front facing sliding door did not lock and could easily be opened from the outside without a handle. Poor management team who did not try to solve any of issues. We had to check out early due to our safety. They made no contact to see how we were or what else they could do to help. Had to revert to contacting Booking.com for a solution. Avoid this property and the management company at all costs.

5.0Quiet neighborhood, pool was nice to have, and Malama Beach was wonderful - a 15-minute walk. Towels for both the shower and the pool/beach. Enough dishes and silverware for everyone (9 people). No broom or mop (although this was supplied after we requested them).
− Good-sized villa for 9 people, but the host could have done much more to make our stay enjoyable. There were 3 pods for the dishwasher and zero for the washing machine. No coffee or olive oil or really any standard additions, the one sunbed near the pool was old and ripped, no coffee machine (just a kettle with no thermostat), not enough cooking utensils, communication took more time than neccesary - and overall it just felt that the hosts are fine with things as they were and didn't go out of thier way to make us feel comfortable, Just a regular, incredibly average house, not worth the money.
