9.0Localização, tranquilidade, limpeza, acolhimento dos colaboradores.
− Vimos problemas no elevador que sugerem a urgência por uma manutenção. A ausência de uma piscina e de consequente espaço coletivo, bem como o fechamento do único espaço aberto, cujo acesso só é permitido durante o café da manhã, é um ponto que vejo como o que deve ser invertido para melhorar a avaliação da hospedagem. Embora isso não me impeça de retornar, nem de indicar o hotel.

− Limpeza,. Estava chovendo muito, ficou tudo sujo. Quando voltei a noite meu quarto estava sem Limpeza, informei e me apresentaram um pano de chão.
