Pay extra and get something better

Not much.

− Loads of pool tiles fallen off, murky water. No air conditioning downstairs. On arrival, switched on the light to discover cockroaches scattering everywhere, kids didn't sleep a wink. Beds are very uncomfortable, we had to take pool lounger cushions upstairs to get even a slight relief from the brick hard bed.
