3.0It was on the first floor and close to a grocery store
− The apartment was in very bad condition it looked like somebody wanted to renovate it but didn't have an idea for the concept there is three beds in the living room and there is a couch and what should be the kitchen / dining room to sleep for people they do have a pack and play for a baby or toddler overall it was dirty the bedding was stained not sure if it was dirty or just stained from previous clients the dishes were dirty and rotting and smelled really bad some things were updated but not in great condition I guess I shouldn't have expected much more for that price point but what I did expect was to have clean dishes to eat off of and no mold growing on a cutting board because it was flipped upside down and never cleaned all of the dishes needed to have been cleaned before we use them including the coffee maker that we did not use it looked like it hadn't been touched or cleaned in a few months with the amount of oil residue that was on there and coffee residue
