Апартаменты — просто космос! С улицы заходишь на второй этаж, а из-за перепада рельефа с балкона будто оказываешься на 20 этаже 😂😇. Очень просторные, удобные и тёплые — в них реально ощущается комфорт. Быстрый и стабильный Wi-Fi, что для меня огромный плюс. Спальные места супер — высыпаешься отлично. Вид с балкона — просто потрясающий: прямо перед глазами открывается чудесный пейзаж с Азией и Европой, огромный Босфор и даже лайнер причаливает почти у окна. Это реально впечатляет и делает пребывание здесь незабываемым! Отдельное огромное спасибо владельцам — очень гостеприимные и внимательные люди. Чувствуется, что им действительно важно, чтобы гости чувствовали себя как дома. Спасибо вашей замечательной команде за тёплый приём и заботу!

The house is located in a perfect spot — everything is very close, and there is a tram station very close. This was a big advantage, as the tram is one of the best ways to get around the city and reach most major attractions. The view is exceptional. Even staying at home felt like part of the experience. The house was well-equipped with cutlery and other useful appliances. We had no issues with the Wi-Fi or anything else during our stay. The neighborhood is great too, with plenty of cozy bars and cafés within walking distance, along with shops and a 24/7 market. The host was very responsive and helpful with every question and request, which made our stay even better. We were a group of 5, but the house can comfortably fit 6–7 people. We had a great stay and will definitely come back!

A Magical Stay Above the Bosphorus — A Home Wrapped in Light and Beauty

We were absolutely enchanted by this apartment — a truly magical home floating above the Bosphorus. The space is enormous: two large bedrooms, a bright and generous living room with a comfortable sofa that becomes an additional bedroom, plus another separate adjoining room that offers full privacy. In total, six people can sleep here with complete comfort, each in their own quiet corner. And the view… unforgettable. Every morning we welcomed the sunrise with coffee on the balcony, watching ships glide softly across the water. Every evening became a little celebration — sharing wine under the lights of Istanbul, the Bosphorus shimmering like a living painting beneath us. The atmosphere is wonderfully romantic and serene. The location is perfect. The tram stop is directly in front of the building and takes you straight to Hagia Sophia with a simple tap of your credit card. Taksim and Galata Tower are close enough for an easy, pleasant walk. The neighbourhood is full of charming cafés, restaurants, night bars, and just one street above the apartment there is a small shop that sells drinks, cigarettes, and sweets — very convenient. We also appreciated the thoughtful free parking right at the entrance. The host saved the spot for us with his motorcycle, exactly as we had mentioned in our WhatsApp messages — even though he didn’t reply, everything was taken care of. Inside the apartment, everything was easy and clear: the Wi-Fi name and password are written directly on the router next to the TV, visible and simple. The apartment was clean, warm, calm, and filled with light — a peaceful home with the most beautiful panoramic view in all of Istanbul.

− Before our arrival, communication was a little difficult. For about a month the host didn’t respond to our WhatsApp messages or phone calls, which made us slightly worried while preparing for the trip. But we quickly understood the reason — he is extremely busy and doesn’t speak English well, so it’s challenging for him to communicate in advance. However, he reads everything with attention, even if he doesn’t reply. On the day of our check-in, exactly 15 minutes before the agreed time, he contacted us and welcomed us warmly. From that moment on everything went perfectly — he even saved a parking spot right in front of the entrance just for us by blocking it with his motorcycle. His kindness was clear in the thoughtful way he prepared everything for our arrival.

Гарне місцерозташування та чудовий вид з вікна. В квартирі є все необхідне для комфортного проживання — рушники, посуд для приготування їжі, фен. Дуже чисто та затишно. Бронювали житло за місяць до поїздки — спочатку трохи насторожувала відсутність зворотного зв’язку, але в день приїзду власник надав детальну інформацію, тож заселення пройшло без проблем.

− Appartement avec un grand potentiel car spacieux, bien placé et avec une vue exceptionelle. Mérite un peu plus d'équipements et une rénovation pour certains mais rénovation programmée semble t il.
