7.0Die Ortslage .Stadt gleich im Zentrum. Auch der Weg zur Marina.Gaststätten vor Ort.
− In derWohnung die Dusche ist sehr schlecht begehbar.Tür viel zu eng.Betagte nicht nutzbar.Die Mischbatterie ungünstig (stört verstellt sich ) Der Hochesstisch mit Barhocker sehr unbequem. Kleiner Tisch mit Stühlen besser. Sauberkeit sehr gut .Die Ausstattung und Räumlichkeiten ( Maler, ) gut.

8.0Wohnung sehr modern eingerichtet, war alles vorhanden was man brauch. Sehr zentral gelegen, alles Fußläufig zu erreichen, die Altstadt, der Markt mit Restaurant auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Nicht weit von der Marina Mücheln entfernt.
