− The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable.

8.0Estaba muy limpio y era muy bonito. Estaba un poco alejado del centro pero bueno había una parada de bus a 5 minutos del apartamento con muchísimas conexiones.
− El tema de la calefacción, se apaga y por mucho que leía las instrucciones no entendía cuando estaba encendido o apagado. También el día del check-in nos encontramos la puerta del apartamento ABIERTA, no sabemos por qué, nos dio un poco de inseguridad al principio pero después todo bien.

10.0Het contact met de accommodatie is super. Je hebt een online portaal met alle benodigde informatie. Wanneer er tijdens ons verblijf iets was, hoefde ik maar te bellen of te mailen en ik kreeg meteen antwoord.
− De slaapbank waar twee van onze kinderen op moesten slapen was echt niet geschikt om op te slapen. Het lag echt heel pijnlijk. Uiteindelijk hebben we de gehele (dunne) matras op de grond gelegd zodat de kinderen konden slapen.
