Perfekt für Öffi-Nutzer
9.0Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Busse und Straßenbahnen halten direkt vor der Tür. In kürzester Entfernung sind zwei Supermärkte, dm und zwei Bäcker. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet.
− Entsprechend der Lage und guten Anbindung ist die Straße etwas lauter. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern und Rollläden ist es aber in Ordnung. Fenster und Rollläden sind allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dusche würde gewinnen, wenn der Vorhang etwas gekürzt oder höher gehängt würde.

5.0Proximity to city centre.
− The house was very warm and there was no fan provided. It was difficult to sleep in night in such heat. There was thick blankets given which were against the weather. I had requested after a day if I could get a fan, I didn’t receive any response.

1.0ロケーションはよかった。
− 場所がわからず大変苦労しました。施設の名前などが何も表示されていないので宿泊施設に入るまでに２時間以上かかりました。施設からメッセージが来ているのを見落としたのはこちらの責任ですが、ちょっと不親切だと思います。何度電話しても電話が通じず、６度目にやっと通じてオーナーらしき人が来ましたが、入室したのはチェックイン時間の２時間後でした。さらに驚くことに部屋が全く清掃されておらず、オーナーにこれから掃除人を呼ぶからどこかでお茶でも飲んでこいと言われました。もう疲れたので部屋で待っていると１時間ほどして掃除人が来ました。30分ほどで掃除は終わりましたが、掃除人もしっかりは掃除せず、冷蔵庫には前の人の残したものが入っていて、食洗機には汚れた食器がいっぱいに詰まっていました。部屋はゴミだらけでシャワーカーテンはかびていました。本当に腹が立ちました。何だかウルムのイメージが悪くなりました。しかし、街の人たちは皆驚くほど親切でした。今度ウルムを訪問するときは別の宿舎を探します。今回は本当に残念な４泊でした。

− Mit haben Nudelsieb, Schüssel und Auflaufform gefehlt. Überklebter Riss im Waschbecken, abgenutzter Linoleumboden. Kapselkaffeemaschine hatte so ihre Probleme.

7.0La casa era ben arredata e in ottima posizione. Letto molto comodo.
− Non era molto pulita, per esempio i termosifoni erano pieni di polvere. Al nostro arrivo il boiler dell'acqua era spento e dopo un lungo viaggio quando serve una doccia non poterla fare subito non è il massimo. Il parcheggio è a pagamento. Il check in è complicato perché la cassetta con le chiavi non è facile da trovare! Non è all'ingresso della casa ma dopo un negozio li accanto, legata a un palo qualsiasi e senza riportare nessuna scritta. Lo stesso le chiavi dove non è segnalato nemmeno a che piano è l'appartamento. Su questo aspetto si dovrebbe trovare una soluzione più funzionale e chiara.
