− The treatment by the 3rd party booking was less than ideal. And I know it's not the staff of the hotel that should have to take the brunt of any resource. They were really just following orders. The 3rd party booking is at fault, but you are as well.

− L'hôtel est en pleine rénovation, c'est horrible pour le bruit, les odeurs. On veut aller à la piscine, hop, il l'a ferme le temps d'aller chercher les maillots de bain, le petit déjeuner est vraiment nul. C'est vraiment sale, beaucoup de poussière de partout.

Thank god it was only one night.
4.0− We had a bad time trying to get into room. They never told us to pull handle UP. All other places you pull down. So got locked out elevator not working No bar soap in room. No bagles for breakfast. Not any kind of baked things at all.
