4.0Location was great. Clean... hot tub was nice
− Plastic glasses not even clean.. Wasn't any serving bowls ie to make a salad .. Sofas very lumpy and uncomfortable.. Tv screen filthy and very very poor reception.. Brought my 88 year old mum for 5 days holiday..

8.0Spacious. Modern. Clean. Well equipped. Felt like a home from home. Very close to beach and cleethorpes attractions. Quiet of an evening. Lovely garden and space outside, great for kids to play. Comfortable beds. Lots of spare linen and towels. Internet was amazing! Great communication with hosts. Also was very impressed with the little welcome pack of treats when arrived 😀 x
− Wasn't able to make full use of the hot tub due to chlorine levels. However hosts where quick at answering back to us and also coming to a solution.

Good property overall but not dog secure.
7.0The owners are lovely and very quick to respond to any queries. The hot tub itself is great, spacious and clean. The location is excellent just a minutes walk from the beach. The welcome pack was a lovely gesture and it was great to have a washer and separate tumble dryer to deal with holiday washing!
− I'll caveat this with the fact this is the most reasonably priced accommodation with a hot tub in humberston fitties. However you do get what you pay for and the place is very tired. It could also do with a deep clean. The smaller sofa has springs sticking out which was fine for us as a couple as we could just sit on the other sofa. Our biggest issue however was that whilst the garden itself is secure, the hot tub area isn't so we were unable to use the hot tub together as it would have meant our dogs being left unsupervised. The kitchen door also opens directly onto the driveway which is open to the road. This was not clear on the pictures and a question about the property being secure was answered with a yes when this is not the case and should be clarified.
