Nice apartment, but the way the host handled the situation with the key was completely disappointing and overpriced.
1.0The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and in a good location. It looked just like the photos and was very comfortable
− The key accidentally fell down the elevator shaft—it was not lost. I even sent the host a photo showing exactly where it was. At first, he said it wasn’t a problem and someone would retrieve it. Later, he charged me $500, even though I found out it would’ve only cost $50 to retrieve. If he couldn’t get it out, he should’ve told me so I could’ve gotten someone else to do it cheaper. The charge felt completely unfair and uncalled for. Please I want my $500 back
