Will stay there whenever I am in Chemnitz!
10.0Very nice neighborhood at the Kassberg in Chemnitz. The object is actually a really good place to stay, relax, explore and so on. Public transportation right there as well as shopping for daily needs. Highly recommend it.
− Public parking is available - if you do not mind walking 2-4 minutes. Unloading and loading your car is possible with someone staying at the car while you do the job. Please include info in property description.

10.0beautiful, elegant surroundings (Kassberg quarter); great location (4 bus stops from the City, 2 bus stops or walking distance from two supermarkets); comfortable, well furnished appartment in modern minimalistic style; large, comfortable bed; the appartment looks exactly like in the photos;
− just small minuses - itˇs not so easy to find the keys; the house stands on the corner of a quiet side street and a main street, so you can still hear a bit of traffic noise and in summer it would be probably very hot as the sun shines directly into the windows - but there are dark curtains in the bedroom and blinds in the living room; as a small improvement I suggest putting up a large mirror in the bedroom or in the hall;
