Fine but needs improvement
5.0Design of the rooms basic but good, breakfast was limited but good, views great
− Staff needs to be trained better. Front desk lacked initiative and information. Housekeeping good attitude but work wasn’t good - rooms not cleaned well. Bed made but shoddily done, things in rooms left exactly where we left them with nothing moved to clean.
Value for money and comfortable rooms
10.0Rooms were clean and spacious. Lovely seating area to look out the window at the lights at night time. Breakfast had a wide variety. Restaurants just outside for dinner, close by the subway to get around the city.
