8.0Les appart étaient propres et la literie confortable. Ils étaient très bien équipés. L’emplacement est proche du centre ville.

Annehmbare Wohnung für Reisegruppe/Familie mit normalen/nicht abgehobenen Ansprüchen.
8.0Lage zum Bahnhof und Schlosspark kann nicht besser sein. Nur 300 Meter zu gehen jeweils. Es sind mehrere Wohnungen, meine hatte 5-6 Schlafmöglichkeiten. Ideal für eine Familie oder Gruppe, die sich den Preis dann aufteilen. Alle Geräte die man braucht, sind vorhanden. Sauber war es auch.
− Die Wohnungstür ließ sich nur zuziehen, aber nicht abschließen. Mir wurde zwar versichert, dass in Jahrzehnten noch niemand eingebrochen sei, aber ich bin das Abschließen einer Wohnung halt gewohnt. Demnach musste ich all meinen halbwegs wertvollen Krempel verstecken oder mitnehmen, um mich wohlzufühlen. Die Tür wird auch nicht repariert, wurde mir gesagt. Ansonsten ist es recht hellhörig. Aber das kann ja auch in einem Hotel passieren. Demnach vergebe ich dafür keine Minuspunkte.
Bis auf die Lage nicht empfehlenswert.
2.0Badezimmer und Wohnbereich grundsätzlich sauber
− Wasserkocher und Besteck nicht nutzbar, völlig verkalkt bzw. die Gabeln nicht richtig aufgewaschen und noch getrocknete Essensreste daran. Die Obermieter waren so unfassbar laut, die kleinen Kinder bis spät abends wach. Man hört jeden Schritt und jedes Wort. Die Wände sind offensichtlich aus Pappe und es wird keine Rücksicht genommen. Das Bettkissen war hart, wie ein Sofa/Dekokissen. Die Wohnung war auch sehr kalt, obwohl ich die Heizung auf 5 hatte. Insgesamt absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
