The worst experience I have ever had in my 45 years of traveling the world.

Savelletri is a nice port location, but stay away from this property and any property managed by Aleandro Grassi and TrulliLife.it in Puglia.

− Filthy, insect infested property! I was staying at this property for 6 nights to relax and plan my daughter’s destination wedding, which was only days away, only to be confronted with a disgusting full-blown insect infestation, including crawling larvae and a mountain of insect droppings that had clearly been developing there for months, right above the bed where I was sleeping. See pictures - showing the infestation over the bed head and also the generally dirty state I found the apartment in upon arrival, which I had to clean myself before I could unpack, including having to wash the filthy place matt’s which were left dirty in the draws as pictured. What made matters even worse, was the absolutely abhorrent way I was treated by the property manager Aleandro Grassi of Trulli Life srls, the company that managers this property, after advising him of the infestation. He not only refused to take responsibility or apologise, he treated me and my daughter, the bride-to-be & her fiancé, who had come to my aide and had been up the whole night with me cleaning the disgusting infestation ourselves, with absolutely no care or remorse. Instead, he was extremely rude, defensive, aggressive and even threatened to kick me out, treating us with absolute disregard & pure egotistical arrogance, after we had spent the whole night deep cleaning and fumigating the apartment all by ourselves. with no help from the him or anyone from property management company. This horrific experience completely ruined what should have been one of the most enjoyable and relaxing times of my family’s life and has caused me and my daughter severe trauma and stress. Still after almost 2 months, this property management company has not bothered to reach out to me or provide compensation.

Perfect location. Huge comfortable bed and spacious apartment. Wonderful view from the balcony. Clean. Complimentary coffee. Parking close to the apartment. Responsive host. Definitely would stay there again.
