Lovely apartment in a great location opposite the Botanic Gardens. We would be happy to stay again
9.0the house was well located and really well equipped with all kitchen items. The bedrooms and bathrooms were good and the entry arrangements were excellent.
− There was a lot of traffic nise in the morning but that was outside the control of the property manager. Our only concern was that, as we were all elderly women we found the absence of a handrail on a small part of the stairs to be a bit concerning. However all the other attributes of the house more than made up for that. There was a concern raised by the property manager that the garage door had been left open all day but my friends were adamant that they saw the door closing. We wondered if someone had opened it to put out the garbage bin and not closed it.
Quite happy. Would return again, possibly next year.
9.0− Shower needs more pressure. Shower runs hot and cold when other taps are opened, needs attention.

Love the location, some small fails with the property.
6.0Location great. Ease of access was fantastic. Everything was well explained.
− Red bin had a rotten smell and had to be placed outside the property as it was overpowering. Maybe left from last tenant. Air conditioner in main bedroom was not always working and may need a service. Fan in main bedroom not working. Maybe just batteries. found some other small cleaning issues with dust etc but not a major issue.
