Sehr gute Lage, sauber und gemütlich.
8.0Die Lage ist bestens, mitten in der Stadt. Alles ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahhrad erreichbar.
− Da die Wohnung ebenerdig ist, sollte eine Maßnahme getroffen werden um nachts die Fenster geöffnet lassen zu können. Als Sichtschutz in den Fenstern sollten die Jalousieen weiß sein und nicht braun damit der Raum nicht abgedunkelt wird. Die Außenjalousie ist defekt und sollte unbedingt repariert werden. Kein Parkplatz!!
