− Lift was broken which was very difficult with my 83 year old mother: 4 flights of stairs. I had checked there was a lift before booking. It had been broken for a long time so I would assume there is no lift if you book. Also very hot because of glass in lounge with no blinds (but it was the heat wave, probably manageable most of the time)! Staff were helpful getting us a fan after the first night.
