A filthy, unsafe rip-off that’s not worth even a fraction of the price

− Everything Absolutely terrible. The listing is a complete lie — the location shown on Booking.com is NOT where the place actually is. It’s not even a flat, just a cheap, disgusting loft turned into a “room.” The whole place is filthy. Bedding smells awful, fridge stinks, kitchen has no lights, switches are broken, and even the bathroom door lock is broken. Nothing works, everything feels neglected and dirty. The area itself feels unsafe and dodgy. For over £100 a night, this is an absolute scam, especially when nearby stays are half the price and far better. Total waste of money — I wouldn’t stay here again even for free. I would like to explore legal options and sue the host. This property is not safe to stay

− The apartment IS NOT in Lytham. It is in a VERY rundown area of Blackpool, over 5 miles away from the address on the property listing. We booked it as we were going to Lytham Festival and wanted to stay somewhere in Lytham that was walkable or just a short drive from the festival. Instead, we got a very basic apartment in a horrible area. The property is NOT where it's listed as being. We arrived at the address on the listing and it was a private residence in Lytham St Annes. On calling the property, I was given the correct address which was in Blackpool, miles away from where we wanted to stay. We then had to pay extortionate car parking fees and pay for taxis to and from the festival, incurring additional expense. I have contacted booking.com FIVE times about this to request a refund and that they take down the listing as it's basically a scam and their customer service has been APPALLING. I have never experienced such poor, unresponsive customer service. I am actually lost for words. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY.

− We had planned a night out in Lytham St Annes so booked to stay at a 2 bedroom apartment - 27 Clarendon Road North, Saint Annes on the Sea, FY8 3EF. While travelling down we were contacted and given a different address 27 Clarenden Road, Blackpool, FY1 6EF - which was over 5 miles away from where we had planned to go out. We were supposed to be staying in a very nice area in Lytham near where we had planned to go out but instead we had stay on a street where half the houses were boarded up and the apartment itself was awful. I contacted Booking.com for a refund and the property have refused and is still advertising as being Lytham based. I would not recommend staying here ever!!!!
