Great location for stampede

− Check in process is terrible, had to wait outside for over an hour for someone to come and let us into the unit, no self check in or reception is available. Towels had brown stains, couch old and uncomfortable. Very specific check out requirements about what to do with sheets towels and garbage, and you need to leave keys inside the unit - which requires going to basement to drive your car outside onto the street, park outside (limited parking), then going back up to the unit to leave keys on the bench.

Location is great and close to everything.

− The bed frame is broken. Linens does not smell fresh and with some strands of hairs on it. Tried calling the # that says 24/7 and left a message with no response. Finally responded to my email after 3 weeks of being back to TO.

− Agent we met on arrival was extremely rude. $500 deposit that takes 2 weeks to be refunded.
