− المكان بعيد جدا عن وسط البلد يحتاج مواصلات كثير لو النزيل ما عنده سيارة ثاني شي ما في مواقف سيارات خاص بالنزلاء ثالث شي المكيف كان سئ سئ سئ رابع النظافه معدومه وخصوصا في الحمامات
إقامة مريحة في شقة نظيفة وجميلة، لكن الخدمة كانت بطيئة وتحتاج إلى تحسين سرعة الاستجابة.
9.0الشقة نظيفة وجميلة ومرتبة، والإنترنت متوفر ويعمل بشكل جيد. كانت الإقامة مريحة بشكل عام، وأشكر لكم اهتمامكم بنظافة المكان
− للأسف كانت الخدمة بطيئة، فقد طلبت المساعدة في حمل الأمتعة قبل موعد تسجيل الخروج بساعة واتصلت مسبقًا، ومع ذلك لم يحضر أحد إلا بعد تأخير. آمل تحسين سرعة الاستجابة والارتقاء بمستوى الخدمة.

1.0Die Gegend ist sicher und ruhig.
− Der gesamte Außenbereich und die Flure haben extrem unangenehm und faulig gerochen. Ich übertreibe nicht – meine Kinder mussten beim Verlassen unseres Zimmers sogar den Atem anhalten, weil der Geruch so schlimm war. Außerdem war das Verhalten der Mitarbeiter unfreundlich und respektlos. So eine Unhöflichkeit habe ich in meinem Leben noch nie erlebt. Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut nicht weiterempfehlen und Wir waren drei Personen – eine Mutter und zwei Kinder. Für uns gab es jedoch nur eine Decke. Ich habe das Personal um eine weitere Decke gebeten, aber sie wurde uns nicht gebracht. Deshalb musste einer von uns die Nacht ohne Decke schlafen. Das ist wirklich sehr traurig und enttäuschend. werde ganz sicher nie wieder hierher zurückkommen.

− لم يعجبني النوافذ مغلقه لا توجد شرفات بحيث انه ممكن نستمتع بالأجواء الخارجيه
