Over all description was correct and we had a good couple of days in lovely Charlestown
7.0− The beds.......they weren't good and I ended up sleeping on the sofa.
Cosy and comfortable with good facilities.
9.0Cosy, homely, warm and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Nice little garden. Only a short walk down the hill to Charlestown Harbour. Good communication and info received from host.
Bed bugs, filthy and inhabitable!
1.0Nothing - we advise you never to book this property as it was full of fleas or bed bugs, stains everywhere, broken garden fence, filthy!
− The main bed was broken and we couldn’t stay there! The place had not been cleaned and stain after stain was left there and was disgusting, even our dog hated it as he kept itching the whole time he was in the place. There is dust everywhere, lights don’t work, food left in cupboards and the customer service to rectify isn’t helpful in understanding it’s not a simple clean that is needed! A new bed and fumigation is required!

Comfortable, quiet house close to the port and places of interest such as the Eden Project.
9.0Good location close to the port. Parking available. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice that the hosts included items like oil, seasoning, tea and coffee etc - little things that help when self catering. Clean and quiet house.
− It would have been good to have a hair dryer. Maybe extra blankets now that it is getting colder. Maybe some sort of storage in the bathroom as there wasn't anywhere to put wash bags, products etc.
Fabulous location especially to visit the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan and Poldark country.
8.0Perfect location, very quiet and within easy walking distance of local shops and restaurants. Lots of places to eat and drink in the most beautiful setting.
− The only mirrors are above the basins in the upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet. There was no mirror to dry my hair or check my look.
