Sehr schöne und geräumige Dachgeschosswohnung. Einige Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Das absolute Highlight ist natürlich die Dachterrasse mit Panoramablick.

− Schade, dass wir am Sonntagmorgen die Dachterrasse nicht ausgiebig nutzen konnten, da wir schon um 10:00 Uhr die Wohnung verlassen mussten. Zumindest am Wochenende wäre 11:00 Uhr ganz nett.

− Ein ganz kleiner Abzug für ein fehlendes Extra-WC. Wir waren zu sechst und manchmal gab es ein kleines Gedränge.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet -wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist auch sehr praktisch. Die Stadt ist von der Wohnung aus sowohl zu Fuß durch den Park als auch mit den Öffis schnell und gut zu erreichen. Die große Dachterrasse ist super z.B. für ein Frühstück in der Morgensonne. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer der Wohnung funktioniert unkompliziert, schnell und entgegenkommend. Wir waren nur übers Wochenende dort, sie wäre aber auch Perfekt für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Sehr ruhig, schönes Viertel, schöne Wohnung, fast wie zu Hause.

− Obwohl die Wohnung gut ausgestattet war, finde ich knapp 300€ pro Nacht für 3 Leute einen ziemlich strammen Preis.
