This property was very disappointing, uncomfortable and was not worth the money.
3.0Excellent location and good parking. Property was bright and spacious and with a little effort could be as good as it sounds in the advert.
− Overall cleanliness of the property was very poor, especially bathroom and kitchen. No welcome instructions, information on local area or welcome pack. Kitchen utensils, crockery etc old and insufficient for a three bedroom property. No oven gloves which poses a health & safety risk. Old fridge had a door that was rusting. No instructions for appliances (apart from dishwasher), in fact instructions found in drawer were for appliances no longer in the property! Item left as a dishcloth was in fact a flannel and did not appear to be clean. Only dishwashing products provided, no cleaning products. Bathroom was dirty and the shower does not work (unless you hold the start button continuously). No bath mats provided. No hairdryer provided Light bulb on landing not working Two sofas in the lounge were uncomfortable. Disappointing that there was rubbish left in the garden e.g broken bucket and old broom, definitely not what you expect in a holiday home. No WiFi, we just expect this at any property as a given.
