Disappointing stay, inaccurate listing and poor conditions

The apartment is very spacious, and the area is pretty quiet.

− Unfortunately, our stay at this property fell well short of expectations due to several major issues: Parking Misrepresentation - the listing advertises free parking, but this is misleading. The owner actually expects guests to use a public parking area a 5-minute walk away. Because the area is heavily congested, we spent 45 minutes waiting for a space on our first night. When we addressed this with the owner, we were met with unhelpful excuses rather than a transparent explanation. Damaged Furniture and Hygiene Issues - the apartment's condition is very poor. Both beds were broken, making sleep nearly impossible during our stay. Furthermore, the bed linens had not been washed and retained a strong, unpleasant odor from previous guests. Maintenance Problems - the interior doors are excessively noisy, and the bathroom door handle is broken. This actually resulted in one of our friends being temporarily trapped inside until someone noticed and let them out. Kitchen Concerns - the kitchenware is outdated, and the silverware was dirty, covered in black residue from improper washing. Additionally, an open bucket of water and strong floor cleaner was left in the kitchen area, filling the air with an overpowering and unpleasant chemical odor. Overall, the property is poorly maintained and does not match its description. I would not recommend staying here.
