8.0− Tiene que renovar algunos muebles, en la cocina y en el baño, pero por lo demás es funcional.

− Ligging aan een drukke straat, kwaliteit bed was matig: 135x190 en wat doorgezakt. Verder ontbrak er veel in de inventaris:: oa limonade, water, bier en wijnglazen geen passende kopjes voor koffiezetapparaat, 1 rol wc-papier voor 4 dagen met 3 personen. Verder een zeer stijle trap die naar de voordeur ging zonder plateau terwijl deur naar buiten opendraaide. Gelukkig was de naastliggende disco gesloten.
