6.0Emplacement ultra central près de toutes les agences qui proposent des tours sur le plateau des Bolavenes. Pour un départ matinal, au top. Petit déjeuner correct
− Ensemble très vieillot qui manque d’entretien. C’est propre mais l’hôtel et les chambres mériteraient un rafraîchissement.
Ik raad de manager aan om een cursus 'omgaan met gasten' te volgen. Wij komen niet meer terug.
4.0Fijne locatie en een ruime kamer.
− De vrouwelijke manager was ontzettend onvriendelijk. Eigenlijk is dat nog een understatement, wij zijn nog nooit zo slecht behandeld. Als je met een probleem zit, kan je verwachten dat het hier niet wordt opgelost. Het personeel praat over de gasten, in het bijzijn van de gasten... De manager doet hier aan mee. Normaal gesproken zijn we snel tevreden, maar onze ervaring hier was zo slecht dat we uiteindelijk booking.com hebben benaderd voor hulp. Zij hielpen ons gelukkig verder, want met deze mevrouw was niet te praten.
