− Reserve una habitación con aire acondicionado y no funcionaba o no estaba activo, había un ventilador que funcionaba solamente con la luz de la habitación encendida. Me sentí estafada, no avisaron y no pude cancelar y hacer reserva en otro hotel. Con una temperatura exterior de 37°-22°, fue muy difícil estar en esa habitación. No compensan por no darte lo reservado.
Muy bien el hotel si vuelve a Cuenca me quedo en hotel

− El aire acondicionado no funcionaba,las almohadas te dejaban dolor de cuello y no había y el dispensador de gel en la ducha no funcionaba o estaba vacío
