− לבקש חדר במגדל הדרומי אנחנו היינו במגדל הצפוני וכדי להגיע לחדר היינו צריכים לעבור מעליות בקומה 11 כדי להחליף למגדל הצפוני. קצת טרחה אבל לא מאוד נורא
Great hotel and location, but the elevators need improvement
10.0Excellent hotel with a great location. This was my second stay, and overall I had a very good experience again
− The main issue was the elevators. There are six elevators, but the system needs better logic, similar to large buildings where you select your floor first and are assigned a specific elevator. Currently, it feels random and causes unnecessary crowding and long waiting times. This is made worse by some inconsiderate guests who do not respect the queue and enter the elevator ahead of people who have been waiting. Also, the breakfast quality was noticeably better during my previous stay three years ago.
