2.0− The location is far away from Mahakaleshwar Temple (approx 2km) when they had claimed it was very close to temple. Its in a small lane wherre no public transports are not available. Asked for extra money even without proper reason. Lack of privacy. The owner highly misguides about the location and price of properties.
