3.0The rooms were clean
− The shower was either too hot or too cold; the water cannot be adjusted to preferable temperature. There are no mats on the floor, and the tiles were too cold. I got very sick during my stay and had asked for water and soft drink to be brought to my room and the receptionists told me I should come up to reception and get it myself. The manager then told me that they were not a room service hotel even though I explained how sick I was. We had to call quite a few times to beg for toilet paper. The receptionist then called me on Saturday night demanding a proof of payment from me even though we made our payment through booking.com she insisted I should also provide her with one.
The stay was comfortable, however at R1100 per night one would expect breakfast to be included.
