8.0Moderno, cómodo, bien equipado (secador, agua filtrada, nevera…). Personal muy amable y disponible para hacer el check in y facilitarnos información sobre parking.

− Trop de bruit du voisinage C’est un appartement divisé en plusieurs chambres, donc pas bien isolé Vous entendez les voisins dans la salle de bain et les enfants dans le couloir courir
Isolation médiocre
8.0L'emplacement est très pratique, à proximité des commerces et des restaurants dans un quartier chic. La chambre est petite mais agréable, avec une literie plutôt confortable. Le personnel qui s'est occupé du check-in était très accueillant et sympathique.
− L'isolation phonique est quasiment inexistante. Pendant mon séjour, un groupe de filles est resté une bonne partie de la nuit dans le couloir à crier, rire et claquer les portes. J’avais l'impression qu'elles étaient dans la chambre, ce qui m'a empêché de dormir. L'équipement est assez basique, a mon avis, l'établissement est adapté pour un court séjour d'une ou deux nuits, mais pas vraiment pour un séjour plus long où l'on recherche davantage de confort.
