Unieke onbewoond eiland ervaring in laagseizoen
9.0We waren hier met ons gezin in juli, laag seizoen. Wat een bijzondere, unieke plek ! Geen toeristen, alleen een paar Thaise vakantiegangers en hadden het eiland bijna voor ons alleen. Wanneer maak je zoiets mee? Iedereen in het resort was zo lief en behulpzaam, van receptie, restaurant personeel en de schoonmakers om ons verblijf fantastisch te maken ! In het hoogseizoen zal het drukker en een andere ervaring geven maar wij vonden deze ervaring van t gevoel op een onbewoond eiland te zijn eentje om nooit te vergeten...!! Eten is heerlijk en de uitzichten zijn prachtig ! Mooi helder, blauw water. Buiten douchen en de buiten toilet past bij t eilandgevoel. Heerlijk groot 2-persoonsbed !
− Er zitten wat open kieren in t bungalowtje, mischien kunnen deze dicht gemaakt worden aangezien hier muggen door komen. Het is afhankelijk van de stroming van de dag maar ook hier is helaas de plastic soup goed te merken en komt er veel plastic aan. Personeel ruimt dit wel op en/of de zee neemt t weer mee terug, t blijft schokkend om te zien !

Great beach, seriously tired resort.
6.0The bedroom was nice and as pictured and although set quite a way back had a great view of the sea. Could've done with a plug socket on both sides of the bed though for phone charging etc. The beach was of course amazing (if you got away from the day trippers).
− The resort was seriously tired and almost felt like a campsite, and for the amount it cost I was very disappointed. They need to close for a season and hire an interior designer and garden designer and seriously bring this place up to date (or drop their prices by 50%). We were lucky enough to spend 5 weeks in Thailand staying in about 9 different places and this was easily the worst hotel. Next time I book on booking.com I will pay more attention to the reviews and the hotel's rating out of 10 (this one was a 7.8 but really should be a 6). For example, it was great to have an outdoor bathroom, but there was a wall of pot plants and they were all dead, the tap was wobbly and rusty, and the door from the bathroom to the bedroom was scuffed and made of plastic. The beach is indeed lovely, but a lot of the day trippers disembark right in front of this hotel and then cook food on the beach. The sun-loungers are also all crammed into one strip, rather than spaced out and placed in front of each individual villa. We spent most of our time up the far end of the beach, hanging out at the other resorts as the day trippers seemed to leave that end alone. If I were to come again I would stay at these places...the vibe was much better, quiet and more "boutique".
