10.0Un vrai ryad marocain avec piscine, énormément d'endroit pour se detendre au frais et des énormes chambres. En pleine été il faisait super bon car il y a de l'air partout, et les enfants ont adoré pouvoir jouer avec les enfants du pays. Le tajine sur place etait incroyable. L'accueil inoubliable !! Bravo

9.0Un immense merci au directeur Faycal et à toute son équipe pour leur gentillesse et leur bienveillance. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans un cadre calme, paisible et reposant, loin du bruit de la ville. Les chambres sont confortables, la piscine est parfaite et le petit-déjeuner traditionnel est excellent. Ce qui nous a le plus marqués, c'est l'attention portée à nos enfants : nous pouvions partir le matin en toute sérénité, le personnel veillait sur eux avec beaucoup de soin, les surveillait à la piscine et leur proposait même des collations. Nous nous sommes sentis en totale confiance. Parfait aux familles qui recherchent un lieu chaleureux, sécurisé et apaisant. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

3.0Joli décor extérieur, parking intérieur et couvert. Bonne literie
− Personnel inexistant, aucun passeport ne nous a été demandé. Personne n'est venu nous demander pour le repas du soir ni à quelle heure nous souhaitions déjeuner le lendemain matin. Nous sommes tombés par hasard sur quelqu'un le lendemain pour le petit déjeuner et celui-ci a été préparé au compte goutte. Pour ce qui est des chambres et de la salle de bain, il manque de la propreté, heureusement que j'avais prévu mes lingettes nettoyantes. Difficile de dormir la nuit avec tous les aboiements de chiens incessants.

5.0The manager provided dinner and breakfast although there's no restaurant on site.
− Very difficult to assess: the place was deserted apart from a manager and a caretaker. The hallways were dusty and in poor repair; there's also new construction underway. In sum, basic services only (and the wifi was non-functional).

− Extérieur de l'établissement délabré, petit déjeuner sans choix, eau de la douche qui se déverse dans toute la salle de bain ! Le personnel ne parle que le marocain !
