8.0Steep stairs x 2 to enter, but manageable. The flat was clean, comfortable and very well presented. The location is excellent. We enjoyed our stay.
− The accomedation is great, very clean and comfortable in a great location. My only issue is, the shower doesn't really work properly. No power in the water flow. Apart from that all good
Not suitable for a family with kids, no couples, only budget travellers. Unsafe and smelly.

5.0location is very central so it's quick to get anywhere on Main Street, ferries etc. Door code worked really well, very easy to use and the instructions from hosts were very clear for finding the property. Beds were comfortable. Hosts were friendly and helpful.
− the whole place needs a really good clean and a lot of sprucing up, there are holes in walls, scrapes and marks all over the place, the bathroom needs the clean the most, it's clearly only getting a light clean between guests, it needs a really deep clean. Nowhere in rooms to put stuff, a small clothes rail and a chair would make a world of difference. I took a dining chair into room to give me one place to unpack things.
