This property does not exist its a scam we paid for nothing and the money we paid they didn’t give it back. Don’t fall for this its a scam

− Wouldn’t recommend booking with these owners. We contacted them several time without a response and when they finally responded they gave us the wrong farmhouse. They gave us a broken farmhouse. The front door was missing a window, sofa bed broken, it was very messy and when we contacted them again, they gave us the right farmhouse. In this farmhouse we found a dead cockroach in the sink, there wasn’t any soap to clean the plates, the water pressure wasn’t good.

− . After you have changed our booking just an hour befoew we arrived . we thought that the farmhouse would be so much better. However, the farmhouse was very dirty and unkept. The main door has no glass, which is really unsafe, especially at night. The sofa is very dirty, and especially the rug in the living room , which we could not use The bathroom was all dirty, and even the sheets in the bedroom some of them had white stains on them. I sent them many messages about this but no reply .

I wanted to share my experience regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the situation. Upon arrival, we had to wait more than an hour outside in the heat because the access code was not provided in time. I sent several WhatsApp messages without a response, and only later was the code finally shared. This caused a lot of inconvenience and discomfort. Additionally, one of the air conditioners was not working, and we were not given the Wi-Fi password despite requesting it. The lack of response to our messages made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, this was a very uncomfortable experience, and I hope these issues can be addressed so future guests do not face the same problems.

Efficient check in, albeit rather impersonal. Comfortable beds. Good air conditioning. Nicely furnished bedrooms.

− We found a dead cockroach and a dirty toilet on arrival in one of the bathrooms. Whoever had used it forgot to flush before we arrived. The outside area was covered in dust and dirt, and the floors inside were dirty. When going into the bathroom at night, a large live cockroach was on the sink. The shower floor was also dirty, and the toilets had brown build-up in the bowl, which ought to be cleaned and scrubbed properly. Check out was at 10 am but the cleaner turned up at 9 am to clean and we felt terrible about him waiting outside so we invited him in to sit in the living room while we finished getting ready to leave. The shaft windows were open, which was probably the reason we found cockroaches. We only stayed a night, so we weren't too bothered, but considering the late check in time- and the early checkout time, one would think that there is enough time to clean the place properly.

The property was fine but lack of communication and contact was hell.

The property itself was spacious and clean.

− The property is managed remotely and it has mandatory self check in. We literally had to chase them for check in instructions. When we entered the property, we found that one of the bedrooms was locked. Since there was nobody on site, but only a call centre in the UK, it took some 5 hours to resolve (at least it was resoved) but making everything very frustrating.
